I'm the son of hard working parents. My father was an immigrant, who, like so many others, came to this country in search of a better life for himself and for his family. My parents raised my five sisters and me in Providence, working hard to give us the opportunities they never had.
They expected us to work hard for the things we wanted. Instilled with this strong work ethic, I attended Classical High School, earned an accounting degree and a law degree, and I started my small business and my family in Warwick, RI.
For more than 40 years, I have called Warwick my home.
With my wife, Cindy, and my son, Joseph, I have devoted my life to the commnunity that I love.
I proudly served as Warwick's first municipal court judge. I represented Ward 4 in Warwick's City Council for 18 years, 8 of those as the Council President.
I have been honored to be your Mayor for the last 2 and a half years, working hard for the taxpayers of our great city.
